I have read Dog Fancy for a year now and I find it to be full of useful information for people that have a dog or thinking about getting a dog. The only problem that I have with it is, that sometimes a whole issue may be designed around a topic that you are not interested in, so the whole issue is of no use to you.

Dog Fancy is definitely one of the best magazines around for dog owners. There's information on practically every topic available, including health care, training, nutrition, exercise, safety, traveling, selecting a dog, an annual puppy issue, and even cleaning tips. While Dog Fancy praises shelter dogs and mixed-breeds, they also feature 3 breeds in each magazine--usually two fairly well-known dogs and a rare breed. Definitely a must-buy!

Each month I am so excited when I receive my DF issue! I always read it cover to cover and learn so much about how to properly care for my dog. It has wonderful training tips and expert methods, talks about finding the right diet, profiles different breeds, and even provides stories and news straight from the dog world. And so much more! Another reason I like it so much is because I sent in two letters, and they published them both! That was exciting. I always learn something new with each issue! So I suggest you subscribe to DF if you are a dog lover, a dog owner, or both (like me).

i have more animals than I know, I love best my gang of dogs, and this mag. has it all products, reviews, vet info, wonderful stories
