I really liked this book, very helpful with a number of things about what your dog is doing and how to fix it without yelling and screaming at your dog. I am trying to teach right now the "0ff" because he is aggressive with other dogs and I figured that teaching him off will help.

I first heard about The Loved Dog on Oprah and thought I would give it a try when it came to tranning my new puppy. At first I was really not looking forward to the whole tranning process, but this book changed all of that!! In just a short time of two weeks, my puppy was beginning to learn manners and we were having fun too!!I recommend this book to anyone who is having problems trainning their dogs, no matter how old they are. The Loved Dog uses positive reinforcemnet to give your dog manners and make him a happy member of your family.

I thought this a very good book. It shows you other ways to train you dogs in a safe and happy why. I had bought it for my daughter to read to help her with training her new puppy. And I well be tell other about it.

The best Loved dog. as seen on oprah......... a great book havent read it yet........... but the author on oprah winfrey show was very convincing and I am interested in trying her techniques on my new puppy. Other types of training dont fit my lifestyle. This author lived near and studied wolves and uses her learning on the training of dogs. I Cant wait to read it and start using the new knowledge..........

Being a major NON-fan of the Ceasar Milano (dog whisperer) school of dog training, and having just adopted a baby Golden Retriever whose nickname is now 'the devil's spawn', I searched diligently for a different way to train ones dog. I happened to see Tamar Geller on Oprah one afternoon (surprisingly as I just never tune her in, it seems) and was duly impressed. Bought the book immediately and am way happy. This woman has perfected some truly effective and totally positive training methods which I think everyone ought to be using. If they work on this kid, they'll work on anyone's dog!! And they do!!! I highly recommend Geller's _The Loved Dog_ and frankly don't know where we'd be without it. She and it are great!!
