With its long-lasting steam power and adjustable design, the 1500-watt Perfect Steam commercial garment steamer from Home Touch is a great alternative to labor-intensive ironing. The steamer has an easy-to-fill tank that holds enough water for up to 40 minutes of continuous steam and heats up in just 45 seconds. The steam comes out of a 5-1/2-by-2-inch flat nozzle at the end of a flexible 5-foot hose, which is covered by durable heat-resistant fabric. Between uses, the nozzle can be hung on or coiled around the telescoping garment hanger. Home Touch builds in a ready indicator light and automatic shut-off for when water level is too low. Rolling casters make for easy movement of the steamer, and a simple bottom drain lets you empty it speedily. A fabric brush attachment is included for grooming and refreshing clothes. IF you follow the instructions it works GREAT! I buy distilled water for it and its worth the $0.99 when you get proper use out of this steamer. I have had it for 6months so far and still LOVE IT.

Useless piece of equipment. Waste of time and effort. At least for me. May is good for you. I BET you 1000$ that in very short time will end up in your closet or garage unused.
10 seconds and then pffft November 11, 2008
Thank heavens I bought this on sale! Worked for about 10 seconds, and that was it; no heat, no steam, nothing. Ran the troubleshooting gauntlet to no avail. Tried customer service, what a joke. It will cost more to ship it back than I paid for it, so looks like in the trash it goes. Don't waste your money, time or frustration.
Very disappointed November 9, 2008
Used 6 times and just stopped working. I have had other steamers and this definitely takes too much effort and time, may as well iron.
