In The New Age Dog, she delves into pet-training dynamics, such as how to interpret dogs' body language and "behavior modification" techniques that sound more like sensitive parenting than traditional animal domination. Skeptics may bail when Palika dives into fostering a spiritual relationship with one's dog or discusses how to telepathically converse with a canine. (Ask your pet to show you what toy he wants to play with, "then relax and let the answer come...."). As New Agey as this all seems, many owners are hungry for this kind of conversation and are greatly appreciative of Palika's interspecies wisdom. TREATMENTS THAT ACTUALLY WORK!!! August 27, 2001
I have two dogs that are outdoor dogs which means a lot of fleas. I've tried flea collars but they never work, Advantage but I have Chows and I can't get the drops through their thick hair, Program but I forget the monthly dates and when I do remember they just spit the pill out!! FINALLY, AN EASY TO DO AT HOME REMEDY WITH ORANGE PEELS GOT RID OF THE FLEAS!!! There is so much more in this book that I can't wait to try!!!!!
