basic - very basic - intro to the dal January 11, 1999

This book gives a good overview of breed characteristics, and has the obligatory cute pictures of dal's of all ages. It doesn't go into enough depth on what kind of family this dog's personality fits best with... I got a basic understanding of the dog's requirements, but got "This dog needs exercise to be happy", when i had hoped for something like "Be sure this dog gets to spend several hours outdoors running around all day" or some statement about if it's suitable for apartment living where only 2 walks a day are feasible.
